Dr. Petrisor Baia is an ACVS board-certified veterinary surgeon with advanced surgical training and experience in both small- and large-animal surgical settings. Through Spectrum Veterinary Surgical Services, he works directly with veterinary hospitals to provide selected advanced procedures onsite.
The mobile model is built around collaboration. The referring veterinarian remains central to the case, while Spectrum contributes surgical evaluation, procedural expertise, specialized equipment, and postoperative recommendations.
